Summer or headaches, self-massage tricks

this is not an ad. it is unique tricks from my year's massage practice and TCM learning.

Help yourself with your hands. sometimes I talk on the phone to my friend, they help themself.


When you start A/C, in very early summer, You may easily get uncomfortable after in an A/C room. headaches, no appetite(you need a ginger slice).

it is not a natural way to use A/C, your body wants to sweat, but suddenly the cold air blow you, leave your neck muscles spasm. Heart already beating fast, for more sweat, but neck muscles squeeze, because they feel cold, don't sweat, don't want extra blood, then your brain feels confused, you get headaches, so the body wants to slow down.


for self-massage

1. work on the neck and scalp 10mins (pic1). it feels good.

2. pic2, 10mins front neck muscles(SCM), in the middle of the rope, should have a big knot inside. slowly and gentle work on it. it makes the spine tilt, press the nerve at the back of the neck. only gently work on one side at one time. if you feel uncomfortable touch it, don't do it.

if your back of muscle uncomfortable as well. find the knots rub your middle of the chest bone. you will burp.

3. pic3, it will be a lot of knots on gluts, for people always a headache. so use your hands or tools to work on it, until warm and smooth. The next day headaches go away and also can help them at least one or two weeks free headaches until they sitting too much have knots on gluts again.

in Tcm, acupuncture will put the needle on the feet, but it hard to find the small knots and release them by hand. too much pain :)

(not guarantee results, headache may have a lot of different cause, also like high blood pressure, or tumour, you need to see doctors)

Spring is liver season.Maybe because spring is growing season, our liver more work on produce more hormone. So very easy to angry and anxious. sensitive with noisy as well. digestion issue, ear infection.


more neck and shoulder tight, from the wind


light flavours And Sprout is best seasonal food.

no ginger or fruit

if you eat too much ginger, you may have extra heat in the head, after wind blow, easy get neck shoulder spasm, then headache


from too Much fruit, or vinegar , You may feel a bad temper, making you liver stress, squeeze some chemicals make you easy too angry.


weather is warm, you also need drink warm. Outside warm and inside warm, balanced.


drink some Chrysanthemum tea, eat some artichoke will be release your stress. again No spicy in spring. make your more angry, hard sleep, red eye or iches, more easy allergies.

Shoulder blade knots and breast health? (1)

In Chinese Medicine, there is a slang "肩胛一颗结,乳腺一条梗" means "if there is one knot on shoulder blade area, and then they're gonna be a ropy and cord-like tissue in the breast."


when the shoulder blade tight will push the rib forward then decrease circulation to the chest area muscle.


When I talked with some massage therapists and physiotherapists, they have some idea, when they found it hard to release the chest area muscle, then try to release the shoulder blade area will help a lot.

A strong heart and breast health? (2)

In TCM research, deep massage or press on the shoulder blade 5min will increase blood flow in the heart muscle. Heart energy is very important for breast health. Help warm the muscle and tissue of the chest area, and help to flash "river"(maybe describe hormones) not overstay in the chest area make the chest pain and swollen before period, "river" should be going down to help with woman period smooth.

And I already asked three people who have breast cancer, it is a coincidence that they all say when they young, their heart area often feels uncomfortable or spasm. And shoulder neck always feels tight and cold.
