Please understand that there may be instances where direct billing won’t be available for reasons such as the insurer’s online service interruptions, your specific policy’s billing eligibility, etc. We submit all treatment claims together in the morning to save time, So you may receive an email notification from the insurance company in the morning. The system accommodates same-day claims and voids, so there’s no need to worry.
